En este trabajo se describe la relación entre las nociones de comunidad en Ignace Lepp, unidad en Juan Antonio Pérez López y victoria pública en Stephen R. Covey como horizonte de desarrollo personal y organizacional. Con ello se pretende mostrar que es posible identificar en estos autores principios esenciales para elaborar una teoría del desarrollo personal en organizaciones que combine un sustento existencial, lógico y pragmático capaz de hacer frente a los desafíos planteados por los paradigmas modernos de individuo y relaciones contractuales. The present essay is intended to initiate a preliminary exploration of the meaning of “existential analysis” in the Logotherapy of Viktor Frankl, conceptualizing specifically the notions of “analysis” and “existential” as well as the anthropological foundation that this type of therapeutic approach claims. It will be shown that the term “existential analysis” seeks to evoke both the foundation of a psychotherapy as well as the foundation of a human movement that becomes conscious in order to find spiritual meaning in the human concreteness, and that it finally stabilizes in the form of an unconscious habit.

The psychology as a science emerged from the human desire of understanding the mind and the behavior. The scientific foundation of this discipline went through complex processes sometimes confusing, in order to be able to determinate which its object of study is and which are the most appropriate methods to address it. In an attempt to scientifically revolutionize this branch of knowledge, cognitive psychology arises in the context of an interdisciplinary work between various sciences, including cybernetics and artificial intelligence, which played a determinant role. Both sciences, cognitive psychology and artificial intelligence, influenced each other.
