Comparison of organoleptic quality of coffee (Coffea arabica L.) in Puno (Peru) and La Paz (Bolivia)

57 samples of 500 g of coffee were evaluated to compare the quality of coffee cup, in the rural sectors of the San Juan del Oro areas in Sandia - Puno and Apollo in Franz Tamayo - La Paz. Both production areas are located in an ecological floor that varies between 1300 to 1400 msnm, this being an important factor, since high-quality coffee is obtained at more than 1200 msnm. For the evaluation of the samples in each production area of San Juan del Oro and Apollo, two samples (500g each) were made, first at 10% and second at 30% of the best samples for the evaluation of mixtures or blends. The best quality coffee was obtained 88.7 evaluation points of coffee beans from San Juan del Oro and 86.5 points in Apolo. The best cup organoleptic profile was presented in San Juan del Oro coffee with notes of "floral, honey, jasmine, complex", while in Apollo it was "citrus, floral, tangerine", rese...

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó para comparar la calidad de café, en los sectores rurales de las zonas de San Juan del Oro en Sandia - Puno y Apolo en Franz Tamayo - La Paz, en la frontera de la Amazonía Andina. Ambas zonas de producción se encuentran ubicadas en un piso ecológico entre los 1300 a 1400 m.s.n.m., siendo este un factor importante, considerando que el café de altura y de calidad se obtiene a más de 1200 m.s.n.m. Esta investigación tiene el objetivo de identificar las ventajas del aplicativo móvil MaderApp y su contribución a la transparencia en el control forestal de madera en la Selva Central-Junín, 2022. Este estudio planteó el método hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo no experimental, y el instrumento de la encuesta se validó con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach que resultó 0.828, el que fue sometido a juicio de expertos, con 29 preguntas cerradas. Asimismo, en la primera parte, la encuesta se aplicó a 23 identificadores de madera de SERFOR, aserraderos y comercializadores de madera; y la segunda parte con 23 encuestas se aplicó al personal de SERFOR (administradores, técnicos, especialistas, profesionales y técnicos forestales) y otros interesados en la identificación de madera.
