57 samples of 500 g of coffee were evaluated to compare the quality of coffee cup, in the rural sectors of the San Juan del Oro areas in Sandia - Puno and Apollo in Franz Tamayo - La Paz. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó para comparar la calidad de café, en los sectores rurales de las zonas de San Juan del Oro en Sandia - Puno y Apolo en Franz Tamayo - La Paz, en la frontera de la Amazonía Andina. Ambas zonas de producción se encuentran ubicadas en un piso ecológico entre los 1300 a 1400 m.s.n.m., siendo este un factor importante, considerando que el café de altura y de calidad se obtiene a más de 1200 m.s.n.m.
