The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between organisational commitment and work procrastination among employees of the company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024. The study was a basic, quantitative, correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample for the current study was 48 workers. In the results, it was observed that 38.8% stated that they were in total agreement with the organisational commitment; likewise, 38.8% stated that work procrastination in the employees of the company Pastelera Rosita de Iquitos 2024 occurs very frequently.
