Introduction:  Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is the total or partial limitation of the passage of air through the upper respiratory tract during sleep, it has two forms of presentation: central and obstructive (related to anatomical profile). Objective: To determine the relationship between the anatomical profile and severity of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in adult patients of a Private Clinic in Lima Norte, Lima, 2020-2022. Methods:  Cross-sectional analytical study. We used medical records of patients diagnosed with OSA during the period 2020-2022 in a private clinic in Lima, Peru.
