Political education is closely related to the right to education, a fundamental right recognized internationally, which must be understood from a broad perspective to avoid any type of limitation or discrimination. Therefore, it is essential to promote its dissemination in academic and legal fields. The constant transformations that our society has undergone have encouraged the analysis of educational evolution and the inclusion of new knowledge, such as politics, in educational centers. However, prejudices persist regarding its teaching, which makes its express recognition in the legal system difficult, despite the universal approach to education. For this reason, the main objective of this study is to establish legal foundations that support its recognition in the Constitution and highlight its connection with the right to education.

This article analyzes the legal institution of the verbal agreement, with the aim of determining its regulation in both the Peruvian Political Constitution and the Consumer Protection and Defense Code, approved by Law 29571 and amended by Legislative Decree No. 1308. At the same time, it proposes a mandatory precedent, with the aim of protecting the rights of the supplier against the abusive, excessive, and arbitrary use of consumer rights, as well as recognizing the validity of the verbal agreement within a consumer relationship. It also sets forth the legal grounds that support the legality of this proposal. Furthermore, it proposes the electronic invoice cancellation record as an indisputable document proving the existence of the verbal agreement. Finally, it develops a chapter that examines other forms of recognition of a verbal agreement within a consumer relationship.

The present article addresses the issue in Peru regarding the excessive use of the right to access public information and the prejudice associated with confidentiality, which is often linked to corruption in public administration. Subsequently, a study on confidentiality is conducted from its broadest definition, and it is determined how it is regulated in the Peruvian legal system, with a constitutional and administrative approach. Finally, the importance of confidentiality in public administration is highlighted, as well as the need for it to be regulated as a principle in the Peruvian legal system.
