ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to propose a strategic plan to improve the competitiveness of the company Cozaqui Ingenieros SAC Chiclayo 2016. The study was non-experimental and the design of a single cell. The platform was constituted by 20 companies that provide consultancy services for Works in Lambayeque. The company Cozaqui Ingenieros SAC was chosen as a sample; a reliable and validated questionnaire has been used to collect field information; the data obtained were processed through the statistical software.
