Objetivo: Determinar la eficacia del programa “Adolescencia Saludable” para mejorarestilos de vida en los estudiantes del 4to año de educación secundaria de un colegioprivado confesional. Metodología: el diseño de la investigación es de tipo Preexperimental,con una prueba y post prueba, y dos mediciones. La muestra estuvoconformada por 30 estudiantes de 15 a 16 años de edad, a quienes se les aplicóel cuestionario de estilos de vida (PEPS-I) en un período de cuatro meses con 10sesiones educativas. Resultado: Antes de la aplicación del programa anteriormentemencionado, un 80% de estudiantes obtuvo un “estilo de vida saludable”, un 10%presento “estilos de vida poco saludables”, y otro 10% exhibió “estilos de vida muysaludables”. Goal: To determine the effectiveness of the program “healthy adolescence” to improve lifestyle of fourth year students of secondary in a denominational private school. Methodology: This research is a Pre-experimental design, with a pre and post evaluation, and two measurements. The sample was conformed by 30 students between 15-16 years old, to whom was applied a lifestyles questionnaire (PEPS-I) over a period of 4 months with 10 education sessions. Outcome: Before the implementation of the mentioned programme, 80% of students obtained a healthy lifestyle, a 10% students showed unhealthy lifestyles and a 10% presented very healthy lifestyles.
