El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la relación entre la compensación y el desempeño laboral en una empresa logística, así mismo, se buscó determinar la misma relación entre sus dos variables, compensación monetaria y no monetaria con el desempeño laboral. Sobre la metodología correspondiente, el enfoque fue cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, aplicada científica, y con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Así mismo, se corroboró la hipótesis mediante un método estadístico a través del SPSS. De acuerdo a los resultados se arribó a que el 47.5% de los encuestados dicen que las compensaciones son adecuadas y el 58.3% de los encuestados señalan que el desempeño laboral es regular.
