The premise of this paper is that the future of work will define the future of Labour Law, since work is indeed the main object of regulation of such legal discipline. From this perspective, we analyze the mega trends identified by the International Labour Organization that will continue to impact the world of work: globalization, the increase in the dependency rate, technological innovation and, above all, climate change. Likewise, the article addresses the main labor problems still facing Latin American countries, as well as the challenges that are presented in the near future to Peru in order to close the gap between the amount of employment generated in the country and the quality of said employment.

El objetivo de la investigación es establecer los factores de riesgo asociados a las infecciones de catéter de alto flujo temporales en pacientes en terapia de reemplazo renal, en la modalidad de hemodiálisis, ya sean crónicos o nuevos, en el Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza (HNAL)- periodo mayo 2021-febrero 2 022. El estudio es de tipo observacional, casos y controles, cuya unidad de estudio será el paciente en hemodiálisis ingresado por sospecha de infección o infección confirmada de catéter de alto flujo temporal, en el periodo de mayo 2021-febrero 2022. El registro de la información se efectuará en una base de datos especialmente diseñada para su registro. La investigación a realizar, es un aporte importante en tanto servirá para evidenciar los factores de riesgo asociados a infecciones de catéteres de alto flujo temporales y precisar cuáles son los más frecuentes.

Objetivo: Establecer los hallazgos histopatológicos de pacientes sometidos a biopsia de cuerpos vertebrales y/o de regiones paravertebrales en el Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia (HNCH) en el periodo Enero 2009 – Mayo 2014. Material y métodos: Comprende la revisión de historias clínicas de pacientes hospitalizados con sintomatología de lesión vertebromedular que fueron sometidos a biopsia de cuerpos vertebrales y/o procedimiento quirúrgico de regiones paravertebrales comprendido en el periodo Enero 2009- Mayo 2014 en el Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia. Resultados: Los 27 casos en estudio incluyeron a 16 varones. La sintomatología registrada previa a su hospitalización fue principalmente lumbalgia (25) y parestesias en miembros inferiores (10). Todos los pacientes fueron sometidos a biopsia de cuerpo vertebral, el tipo de biopsia fue por cilindro óseo (74%) y punción-asp...
