The present work of investigation was elaborated by the purpose of determining what strategy of communication it allows to improve the institutional image of the Municipality distrital of Cachicadán - province of Chuco's Santiago. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar cuál es la relación que existe entre el programa juntos y la calidad de vida de los afiliados del del distrito de Cachicadán, 2023. La metodología de la investigación fue de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, tipo básica, corte transversal. La técnica utilizada fue la encuesta siendo su instrumento el cuestionario, realizada a la muestra de 152 beneficiarios del programa juntos del distrito de Cachicadán. El resultado se obtuvo aplicando la prueba de Spearman, en donde las variables programa juntos y calidad de vida arrojaron un índice de valor de correlación de (0.891) y con un valor de significancia de (0.000), por lo tanto, se aceptaron las hipótesis alternas propuestas por el investigador.
