Establece la incidencia de la gestión administrativa en la percepción de justicia organizacional en la Universidad Técnica de Machala (UTMACH). Se aplicó un total de 400 encuestas entre el personal docente y administrativo de la planta titular de la UTMACH con una trayectoria superior a los tres años de permanencia. El tipo de investigación es estadístico-descriptiva y exploratoria. La prueba estadística de Cronbach arrojó un alfa de 0.939, lo que significa una elevada confianza en los datos recopilados.
