Lima experienced in August 2016 a massive mobilization against violence against women. From different theoretical approaches (frustration, mobilization of resources, collective action and political opportunity) an attempt was made to explain these events; however, few focused on the framing approach as an instrument of social mobilization. Thus, collective action frameworks are action-oriented sets of beliefs and meanings that inspire and legitimize social movement organizing activities and campaigns. Describe cómo los frames o marcos interpretativos condujeron a la organización de las tres marchas realizadas por el colectivo durante el 2016 y 2017; es decir, al encontrar los frames se pretende enfatizar en el impacto que estos presentaron en la ciudadanía. Al mismo tiempo, se propone explicar cómo fue la organización interna del colectivo “Ni una menos” por parte de quienes cumplieron dicho rol importante. Asimismo, las diferentes marchas realizadas no mostraron un equivalente impacto en la ciudadanía; en otras palabras, la convocatoria masiva de personas fue disminuyendo respecto a las cifras que presentó la primera movilización. El 4 de diciembre se llevó a cabo la Segunda Elección Regional 2022 (SER 2022) en nueve regiones del Perú, en el marco de las Elecciones Regionales y Municipales (ERM) de ese mismo año. A diferencia de otro tipo de elecciones, la SER 2022 se enfocó exclusivamente en la elección de gubernaturas y vicegobernaturas regionales en escenarios en los que ninguna organización política obtuvo más del 30 % de los votos válidos en las ERM. Este artículo ofrece un análisis netamente descriptivo sobre el contexto en el que se llevó a cabo la SER 2022, destacando las diferencias con procesos anteriores. Además, se realiza un balance de la campaña y los resultados electorales.
