El estudio buscó evaluar la influencia del compromiso organizacional en la gestión administrativa del personal administrativo de la Universidad Nacional Hermilio Valdizán, Huánuco – 2022. El tipo de estudio fue aplicado, nivel explicativo y diseño no experimental - transversal. La población quedó constituida por 30 trabajadores del personal administrativo de la UNHEVAL, obtenida por muestreo no probabilístico, de tipo intencional. El cuestionario empleado midió las variables estudiadas y fue validado por expertos para determinar su validez de contenido y la confiabilidad mediante el alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo un índice de 0,985 para el instrumento de compromiso organizacional y 0.988 para gestión administrativa. Los resultados muestran un compromiso organizacional saludable en un 90%, una gestión administrativa excelente con un 49% y una relación en un nivel alto con 97....
