The main objective of this research is to demonstrate that the application of the Bill Negotiable significantly impacts the liquidity of the company THIAN S.A.C. either positively or negatively, study is part of a descriptive research. So was raised as a possible solution to the problem, the following hypothesis: Applying Invoice Negotiable impact positively on the financial aspect of the company THIAN S.A.C. However, according to the results, we can conclude that the company THIAN SAC, by using the Invoice Negotiable, in the short term, can generate cash availability because it allows the collection to its customers in less time, but the commission that the bank sees the long negative impact on the company which excludes the hypothesis, finally concluding that this means to obtain liquidity would not be a good alternative funding.

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación entre el sistema de control interno y las contrataciones públicas de una municipalidad distrital de San Ignacio en el 2022. Razón por la cual se optó por aplicar una metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico, de diseño no experimental transversal y de alcance correlacional. Del mismo modo, en lo concerniente a la recolección de información, se utilizó como técnica a la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios virtuales, mismos que fueron respondidos por 42 colaboradores. Respecto a los resultados obtenidos de la variable sistema de control interno, se tiene que el 37.16% lo califican como bueno, mientras que, para la variable contrataciones públicas, el 39.70% lo considera como regular.
