El objetivo de esta investigación fue diseñar e implementar una Oficina de Dirección de Proyectos (PMO) para la empresa Mantenimiento e Ingeniería Industrial, ubicada en Cajamarca, durante el año 2024, con el fin de mejorar la gestión de sus proyectos, fortalecer la alineación estratégica y optimizar los procesos operativos de planificación, control y evaluación. El estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, con un diseño cuasi experimental y transversal.
