ABSTRACT The present investigation entitled “the limit of criminal intervention in the exercise of defense of those prosecuted in crimes of Organized Criminality” determines the limit between the punishable and non-criminally punishable acts of those who provide legal services for a criminal organization. El presente informe, tuvo como objetivo, determinar el tipo de relación entre la gestión pública y la administración del recurso humano en trabajadores administrativos de una Universidad Nacional – 2022. El diseño fue no experimental, transversal – correlacional, con enfoque cuantitativo; la población fue de 956 participantes y la muestra de 30 trabajadores administrativos de la facultad de derecho, registro técnico y admisión, optando por usar un muestreo no probabilístico ya que se tenía limitaciones para acceder a una cantidad más amplia de participantes, conociendo además que el problema recaía en las áreas ya mencionadas; aplicándose el cuestionario de escala Likert.
