The purpose of this work is to see the level of influence that international cooperation has had on the development of competition law in Latin America, both in the introduction of new legal regimes and in their application, considering the economic, political, social and geographical differences that are found between the different countries of the region.The development of international cooperation in Latin America has reflected how different actors have sought particular solutions for each region, avoiding the “one size fits all” approach of the past. La presente investigación titulada, “El juego libre y el aprendizaje del área matemática en estudiantes de 4 años, 2018”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el juego libre y el aprendizaje del área matemática, siendo un problema que es poco abordado por las autoridades educativas, desarticulación de programas a nivel gubernamental, falta de aceptación de los estudiantes; y surge como respuesta a la problemática de la institución educativa descrita. La investigación obedece a un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico y diseño no experimental, correlacional de corte transversal, habiéndose utilizado cuestionarios como instrumentos de recolección de datos que se aplicó a una muestra de 103 estudiantes de 4 años y utilizó el coeficiente rho de Spearman para la contrastación de la hipótesis.
