The economic crisis has created a major concern in developedcountries for control of social risks with negative effects on growth and this problem can be approached from the perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Thus, CSR is seen as an entrepreneurial attitude aimed at promoting social, economic and environmental purposes while guarantying competitiveness in the international market. Esta obra trata sobre la aplicación del principio de igualdad tributaria por el Tribunal Constitucional español, donde se destaca la efectiva vigente del principio de igualdad de la tributación que no puede considerarse agotada con la verificación de su consagración en el plano legislativo, sino que las circunstancias cambiantes de la realidad obligan al ajuste aplicativo de la interpretación doctrinal suficientemente consolidada y reiterada por el Tribunal Constitucional en cada país.
