This research work consists of the superficial evaluation of the pavement of Sebastian Lorente Avenue, in the Urbanization Barrios Altos, Cercado de Lima District, and Lima; by means of the pavement condition index (PCI) method, in the year 2020. Therefore, the application of the standard Pavement Condition Index procedure will allow us to determine the degree of degradation or operational status of the pavement on this avenue. The problem generated by the development of this research was that both the road under study and the adjacent roads have not had an evaluation prior to being operated on based on this methodology, despite the importance of the road. El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado a analizar los niveles de servicios del tramo del Jr. Ancash comprendido entre las avenidas Placido Jiménez y el óvalo La Paz, en el distrito de El Agustino, utilizando la metodología de Manual de Capacidad de Carreteras.
