This article analyzes the regulation that corrective measures have in the administrative sanctioning procedures of municipalities, by taking as a reference diverse municipal ordinances on the matter. The author identifies how those measures are framed or not in the general regulation of the administrative sanctioning procedure established by the Peruvian Law of the General Administrative Procedure or the Organic Municipality Law and what shall be corrected or not on the matter in current municipality regulation.

Esta nota académica sirve de ayuda para poder identificar si un producto nacional calificaría como producto originario del Perú a efectos de acceder a los beneficios que ofrece un Acuerdo de Libre Comercio o TLC, para lo cual tomamos como referencia de análisis el Acuerdo de Promoción Comercial de Perú con los Estados Unidos. A partir de ello, se puede replicar la misma metodología con los demás acuerdos similares suscritos por el Perú, conocidos como TLC.
