The objective of the research was to determine the differences perceived by emergency users regarding the quality dimensions of nursing care Hospital Regional de Loreto Iquitos 2022. The type of study was quantitative, non experimental, descriptive, comparative and cross-sectional design. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the CARE Nursing Care Quality Perception Questionnaire – Q. For processing we used the SPSS version 24.0 program and for the comparative analysis the Kruskal-Wallis inferential contrast test with a level of significance. of 95%.
