In view of the great expectation and hope in Peru caused by the launching of the National System of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of the Ouality in Education (SINEACE), the author reviews the legal dispositions and normsreferringtoSINEACEANDIPEBAanditsmanagement guidelines (2011).
