In this research study is a descriptive, cross correlation and took place in the province of Pacasmayo during the months of October to December 2007, with the aim of determining the Lifestyle Health Promoter and the influence of personal factors as age, sex, educational attainment, user status, occupation, religion and marital status, and factors such as family size, family income and functionality of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The sample was composed of 35 patients belonging to the programme of National Health Strategy for the Prevention and Control of Tuberculosis of the Health Network Pacasmayo selected for inclusion criteria set. La investigación tuvo como propósito fundamental, determinar la influencia de la cultura organizacional en la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores del Hospital II EsSalud Huaraz, 2015. El estudio fue tipo descriptivo correlacional, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal-descriptivo. La muestra estuvo constituida por 140 trabajadores que laboran en el área asistencial y administrativa del Hospital II EsSalud Huaraz; para la recolección de los datos se usó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario, la información se procesó con el software SPSS versión 22, para la contrastación de la hipótesis se utilizó la prueba Chi cuadrado con un nivel de significancia de 5%.
