La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación del uso de las TICs y el desempeño laboral en los periodistas de Radio Nacional, Lima 2023. El tipo de estudio es aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y de nivel correlacional. Para la realización del estudio se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento los cuestionarios. Asimismo, para obtener la confiabilidad del instrumento, se utilizó el estadígrafo Alpha de Cronbach, teniendo como resultado una alta confiabilidad. Además, se empleó la herramienta de estadística SPSS, trayendo como resultado que sí existe relación entre uso de las tics y desempeño laboral, con una relación positiva alta de 0.850**, según Rho de Spearman, lo cual, se concluye que mientras mejor se use las tics, tendremos un alto desempeño laboral.
