El estudio tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la experiencia bancaria digital y la lealtad del cliente en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires durante 2023, en un contexto marcado por una acelerada transformación digital y altos índices de inflación. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, con diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal, se trabajó con una muestra por conveniencia de 399 personas adultas residentes en CABA que contaban con una cuenta bancaria digital activa. La información se obtuvo a través de una encuesta estructurada y fue procesada con los programas JASP y SPSS, confirmándose la fiabilidad del instrumento mediante coeficientes Alfa de Cronbach y Omega de McDonald superiores a 0.80.
