La investigación propuso como objetivo general determinar si los efectos del impuesto a la renta inciden en la gestión tributaria de las Asociaciones sin fines de lucro en la Región de San Martín, 2019-2020. Respecto al método, la investigación ha presentado un diseño no experimental de corte longitudinal explicativo, la población fue constituida por 57 especialistas en tributación respectivamente y la muestra se ha compuesto por 50 especialistas, se ha empleado la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento.
