El presente proyecto de investigación titulado “Desempeño de adoquines de concreto para tránsito peatonal y ligero incorporando vidrio molido”, donde se realizó el diseño y la elaboración de adoquines de concreto con la incorporación de vidrio molido para poder mejorar sus propiedades mecánicas del adoquín que fue diseñado para el tránsito peatonal y tránsito vehicular ligero. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la influencia que tiene el vidrio molido en las características físico-mecánicas del adoquín y a la vez ayudar a reducir la contaminación del medio ambiente que es producido por este residuo sólido.
