The present investigation is based on the province of Bolívar, La Libertad Region, Peru. El estudio tiene el objetivo de determinar si el control de bienes muebles influye en el estado patrimonial en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Bolívar, 2021. Su tipo es aplicado, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental transversal correlacional causal; la muestra fueron 64 trabajadores del área Logística y Directores de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Bolívar, 2021, se usaron dos cuestionarios validos a juicio de 3 expertos y con una confiabilidad buena de 0.849 y 0.829, en el procesamiento de los resultados se utilizó Excel y SPSS V26. Los resultados muestran que el control de bienes muebles tiene un nivel regularmente eficiente en un 60.9%, en tanto el estado patrimonial un nivel regular en un 62.5%.
