Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y aplicación de las medidas de bioseguridad en los internos de medicina del Hospital Nacional Sergio Ernesto Bernales, 2019. Metodología: El enfoque fue cuantitativo. Tipo básica. Diseño no experimental, transeccional y correlacional. La población la conformó los 105 internos de medicina y la muestra según la fórmula de población conocida la conformaron 83 internos de medicina. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario con escala de Likert para ambas variables. La validez cualitativa del instrumento por Juicio de expertos fue que hay suficiencia y son aplicables y la validez cuantitativa del instrumento con la prueba binomial resultó que el instrumento tiene validez alta. Objective: To determine the factors associated with cardiovascular risk in patients of the HSEB Department of Medicine. Methods: Prospective, cross-sectional, descriptive and observational study, included 83 probabilistically chosen patients from a universe of 105 hospitalized from the HSEB Department of Medicine. For the calculation, OpenEpi version 3 and Microsoft Excel 2010 were used and in the analysis and interpretation of the data, graphs and tables of relative and absolute frequencies were used.
