En el presente trabajo, se analizó la ejecución del Régimen de Visitas en el Perú bajo el contexto de la pandemia que se afrontó desde el año 2020, en el cual se advierte que en muchos casos el derecho a la relación del menor con su progenitor se ha visto afectado. El objetivo de la presente investigación gira en torno a demostrar la importancia de regular el Régimen de Visitas en situaciones de excepción, en aras de salvaguardar el Interés Superior del menor y su derecho a la relación con sus progenitores y su ámbito de desarrollo ha sido la ciudad de Lima. Como participantes del estudio se ha hecho elección de tres especialistas en la materia quienes brindaron su posición sobre la problemática.
