The star fruit is a native product of the tropical zones of the Asian countries, adapted perfectly at San Martin. In order to improve the quality of fruit dehydrated in conventional driers, osmotic dehydration of star fruit slice in sucrose solution was studied. The objectives of the present work were to evaluate the influence of sucrose concentration in the solution and the maturity on the kinetic of moisture content and water activity reduction and sucrose gain and to determine the water and sucrose diffusion coefficient in each experiment and determine the sensory preference of the fruit osmotic dehydrated. El propósito principal del presente trabajo fue determinar la relación entre la gestión ambiental y el manejo de residuos sólidos en el centro de salud 9 de abril, Tarapoto 2020. El tipo de investigación fue básica, de diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue de 45 colaboradores a quienes se le aplicaron los instrumentos de investigación (2 cuestionarios), los mismos que fueron adaptados de acuerdo a la realidad del momento, cuyos resultados obtenidos fueron que la gestión ambiental y el manejo de residuos sólidos tienen una correlación negativa moderada con un valor de (Rho=-0.059) y significación bilateral (p=0.700), se acepta la hipótesis nula.
