La presente investigación permitió determinar que existen diferencias significativas entre los promedios obtenidos por los grupos experimental y de control en la prueba de Postest, lo cual se atribuye a la aplicación de la capacitación en el Proceso Archivístico Organización del grupo experimental, con sus tres componentes: Clasificación documental, Ordenación documental y Signatura documental, comprobando su eficacia en la adquisición de habilidades en organización documental en el personal administrativo encargado de los Archivos de Gestión de la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann.

The objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between corruption and economic growth in Peru during the period 2010-2019. The methodology had a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, of relational level, sought to analyze the relationship between corruption and economic growth in Peru, 2010-2019. It was cross- sectional because it collected data over a given period; for this purpose, documentary analysis was applied, gathering information in order to relate and measure the study variables, carry out the corresponding regressions and comparisons. The COVID-19 pandemic generated severe losses in the world’s economies, which caused a serious impact on the Peruvian economy, in addition to a future characterized by uncertainty. The purpose of the research was to analyze the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the behavior of the Peruvian economy, corresponding to the period 2020. The methodology was based on a quantitative approach, of a basic type, non-experimental design, of a descriptive documentary level. Finally, it was established that the COVID-19 pandemic had a negative effect on the behavior of the Peruvian economy, as negative descending values were found in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) (-11.1 %); imports (-14.9 %); global supply and demand (-12 %); domestic demand (-10.1 %); and exports (-19 %).
