This research is to establish the impact of the program OPREC in improving the ability to experiment with students of secondary level, in size of observation, asking questions, formulating hypotheses, experiments and formulate pose and draw conclusions. It is an experimental research, quasi-experimental design with two samples chosen intentionally to 35 students formed the control group and 36 students for the experimental group to which the program was applied OPREC, from September to December of 2009 in the Educational Institution May 2, Callao.
