This articule studies democratic transition based on the Peruvian case (1977-1980). So análisis the discussion between tow political tradicions that are usually seen as antagonists (there are others like political régimen, party system and social conflicts, etc.). However, the autor says a closer relationship between two than the distance, that usually say.
