The importance of public institutions and the functions they perform in order to carry out the development of the country in this specific case was investigated under a non experimental design, the comparative, quantitative, and prospective descriptive method within the National University of the Peruvian Amazon. In 2022, 30 people in charge of administration in the faculties of dentistry and agronomy were taken as the target population, applying surveys as a data collection instrument and with a sample size of 15 people per faculty, taking into account inclusion and exclusion criteria when administering the surveys to the administrative staff present.
