Dental aesthetics have evolved to include adornments such as grillz and gold teeth. Its popularity of which has raised significant clinical and ethical questions within the dental community. The objective of the review was to analyze the aesthetic, ethical, and clinical implications of dental modifications with grillz and gold teeth in contemporary dental practice. A narrative review was conducted by searching and selecting articles in electronic databases, such as PubMed, and Google Scholar. An advanced search was used with keywords and operators AND and OR. A total of 38 studies were evaluated for this literature review.
