ABSTRACT The present thesis entitled: "THE CRIME OF FEMINICIDE AND THE PRINCIPLE OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ACT IN THE PERUVIAN CRIMINAL CODE" tackles the problematic about how the crime of feminicide affects the principle of responsibility of act in the Peruvian penal code.
