Peru was no different to any other country in having to tackle Covid-19, but it did as it was preparing to celebrate the bicentenary of its independence. Great changes therefore had to be made to the celebrations as well as to other aspects of national life--especially the education sector, in which universities witnessed radical alterations to the teaching--learning process. Students had to learn using technology, despite often lacking the necessary equipment or being accustomed to other forms of learning behavior.
