Con este marco legal brinda la protección de los derechos de esta Ley y, es el argumento que ayudo a desarrollar la presente investigación con el objeto de establecer el nivel de relación entre los factores entre los factores socioeconómicos con el delito contra los derechos de autor. El estudio es de tipo aplicativo y su diseño es no experimental, la población estuvo representada por los pobladores del Asentamiento Humano Jaime Zubieta Calderón en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho y la muestra la representaron 40 personas. La técnica utilizada fue la de encuestas y los instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios. Se aplicó la prueba coeficiente con relación de Spearman para corroborar las hipótesis de estudio.

The objective of the study is to evaluate the relationship between the diffusion of the educational model and the level of participation of teachers in the Peruvian university. Today, we are required to have those documents that reflect the conception of university education and that correspond to the curricular structures with suitability.
