This document contains a summary of the project of design software tool for managing certification processes in the area of Telefónica. It details the procedure had to be followed in the design of this study, detailing the use cases, flows and views as well as the evaluation of work quality, usability, reliability and portability. Additionally details my professional experience throughout my career, stating my roles and functions, my achievement and learning shows giving my experience and involvement in the management of information technology projects in the area of development and certification in prestigious companies the medium.
