Las enfermedades renales crónicas representan un importante desafío para la salud pública a nivel mundial, con una cifra estimada de 850 millones de personas afectadas. Su abordaje no se limita únicamente al uso de fármacos, sino que también requiere considerar otros determinantes, como los factores sociodemográficos. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los factores sociodemográficos y las prácticas de autocuidado en pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica en prediálisis en un hospital público 2025. Material y método: Este estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y correlacional.
