Migratory flows cause distortion in the social, economic and labor fields, among others, even more so if it occurs in a large proportion. In this doctoral thesis, the aim is to determine the impact of immigration on the Economically Active Population of Peru, in the period 2015 - 2019. With this objective, the present investigation of Quantitative type, Correlational level and Non-Experimental design was carried out. The research concludes that immigration directly impacts the Economically Active Employed Population of Peru in the period 2015 - 2019, demonstrated by the result of the Correlation Coefficient that was r = 0.775553092.
