La actividad agrícola y agroindustrial genera grandes cantidades de residuos de diversas características, la mala disposición presenta una amenaza para la salud del hombre y el medio ambiente. El propósito de esta investigación fue evaluar el efecto de la fermentación de residuos agrícolas con Pleurotus ostreatus y Ganoderma lucidum en el contenido de proteínas, azúcares reductores y fibra cruda, la fermentación se realizó en bolsas de polipropileno de alta densidad y como sustratos se empleó marlo de maíz (MM), tallos de trigo (TT) y rastrojo de quinua (RQ); como bioinoculantes para la fermentación se usó micelio del hongo Pleurotus ostreatus y Ganoderma. El objetivo: La Influencia de las fases lunares en la fenología y producción en tres variedades de alfalfa (Medicago sativa). Método: Se consideró el experimental y con el diseño factorial, factores de estudios “A” las fases lunares y “B” variedades de alfalfa. Resultados: Se obtuvieron la cosecha después de establecimiento del promedio de 70 días, Tabla 1. La producción materia verde, por cortes y días, el siguiente: 35 y 44 días dependiendo de la estación del año. Tabla 2. The antioxidant capacity in fruit extracts of (Muehlembeckia volcanica) has been characterized, quantified and determined for which the anthocyanin pigments were extracted with 0.01% acidified methanol HCl, filtered, concentrated, centrifuged and fed to a known volume for later analysis. In the extract the content of total anthocyanin’s (CAT) was evaluated by the differential pH method, total polyphenols (PFT) by the Folin-Ciocalteu method and its antioxidant capacity by the TEAC DPPH Method. Extracts characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometry have maximum absorbance values ​​at 520 nm that correspond to established anthocyanin structures, in the same way by FTIR-ATR spectroscopy strong absorption signals are observed at different vibration frequency values which correspond to anthocyanin functional groups.
