La investigación realizada tiene como objetivo general, determinar los niveles de estrés académico en los estudiantes del nivel secundario de una Institución Educativa Pública de la ciudad de Chimbote en el año 2024. De tal modo, se empleó una metodología basada en el enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental y descriptiva simple. La muestra fue de 106 estudiantes del cuarto año de educación secundaria, que pertenecen a la Institución Educativa Fe y Alegría N.° 16, a quienes se le aplicó el Inventario SISCO SV-21, a fin cumplir con los objetivos planteados. The role of the teacher is fundamental in the training of a professional, therefore the objective was to establish the relationship between innovation and teaching performance of a professional pedagogical training institute. The study followed a quantitative route since the problem arises from the observation of the study phenomenon and measurements of the variables were carried out. The research was basic with a descriptive and correlational level, non-experimental design with a transactional nature. The instruments have validity and reliability.
