The aim of the work was to evaluate the effect of the addition of glycerin in diverse concentrations (15 %, 25 %, 35 %) in the physical and mechanical properties of formulation of movies (biofilms) of starch of maize and caseinato of sodium. Asumí a manera de objetivo general, establecer la relación entre gestión ambiental y tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos del distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo, 2022. La indagación realizada es básica, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, donde 16105 ciudadanos es la población, señalando como muestra tomada 137 ciudadanos pertenecientes a la Banda de Shilcayo. La recolección de datos fue tipo descriptiva, la técnica y el instrumento utilizado es encuesta, cuestionario. Se observó, el nivel de gestión ambiental predominante es el nivel alto 55.5%, seguido del medio 43.8%, y del nivel bajo 0.7%, para el tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos (RSU), se observó que el predominante es nivel alto 54.7%, seguido del medio 43.8%, y del nivel Bajo 1.5%.
