The objective of the present investigation was to determine the relationship of the Management Styles with the Labor Satisfaction of the workers of the Oriente Regional Office of the National Penitentiary Institute- Huánuco, where different workshops were developed whose objective was to train them technically and develop their skills of Management Styles . The research method is the Scientific Method, the level is descriptive - correlational, the research design was Correlational, where it allowed us to relate to two or more data of a group of subjects with the intention to determine the subsequent relationship, which is our case.
