Esta investigación muestra temas de las áreas de gestiones tanto de la seguridad informática como de la calidad. Expone la problemática de las deficiencias de las estrategias de los Centros de Educación Técnico Productiva privados (en adelante sólo llamado CETPRO) de enseñanza de computación de la ciudad de Ilo respecto a la seguridad y auditorías informáticas. Emplea siete etapas como parte del diseño de investigación, y como solución se utilizó la norma técnica peruana ISO 27001:2014, a su vez esta norma fue implantada por el método de Rincón (2002). Se hizo una labor de campo en beneficio de los CETPROS privados de la ciudad de Ilo. It was proposed to answer if the machines can really analyzethe sentiments of the tweets, then the messages in Spanish onTwitter that spoke of KFC were analyzed. The tweets werecaptured every day in the time period of the first quarter ofthe year 2022 from the Latin American region, later theywere analyzed by month and for each company mentionedin the tweets, these came to add 39,269 messages for KFC. We focused on discovering what were the feelings related to eachmessage left, for this reason the polarity of the feeling betweenpositive and negative was sought, the first being related to wellbeing,happiness, and love, while the second polarity, negativewas related to discomfort, sadness, and hatred. This project was developed to address a significant social and economic issue: the detection of microsleeps in minibus drivers. Interprovincial trips, especially at night or during long journeys, increase the risk of fatigue and drowsiness, which affects the driver's attention. The consequences not only jeopardize the physical integrity of those involved but also lead to substantial material and economic losses. According to the World Health Organization, drowsiness-related accidents are one of the leading causes of mortality on roads worldwide (WHO, 2021). This project developed artificial intelligence (AI) software to monitor and analyze drivers' facial patterns in real time, identifying early signs of fatigue such as prolonged blinking, yawning, and head nodding.
