Social connectedness is a set of cognitions and representations about oneself in relation to others that translates into a feeling of closeness and belonging to the social environment in which the individual is immersed and towards the people who are part of it. The relationship between social connection, mental health and general well-being has been widely evidenced, so its assessment is extremely important in contexts of clinical intervention as well and research. El estudio de la ansiedad social en estudiantes universitarios ha cobrado una especial relevancia considerando sus implicancias en el ajuste social y el bienestar psicológico de quienes la presentan. A pesar de ello, no existen instrumentos de evaluación que estén dirigidos específicamente a esta población, quienes cotidianamente se enfrentan a situaciones particulares que pueden ser potencialmente generadoras de ansiedad. This study analyzes the psychometric structure of the CAPE- R scale, which assesses the beliefs about the educational process in rural teachers; explores the teacher´s profile, and analyzes the significant differences between the beliefs according to sociodemographic variables. The sample included 150 rural teachers from Mendoza, Argentina. The exploratory factor analysis yielded a factorial structure made up of four factors that explained a 44.19% of the variance of responses to the test. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .74 to .85. The data show a predominance of difficulties in the educational process dimension (M=2.83; DE=.69), the only dimension that reached a significant association with the educational level of the classes (F =4.77, p<.05).

El artículo tuvo los siguientes objetivos, analizar la estructura psicométrica de la escala CAPE-R que evalúa las creencias acerca del proceso educativo en docentes rurales, conocer el perfil docente y analizar si existen diferencias significativas entre las creencias según variables sociodemográficas. Se trabajó con una muestra de 150 docentes rurales de Mendoza, Argentina. Los resultados del análisis factorial exploratorio arrojaron una estructura factorial conformada por cuatro factores que explicaron un 44.19 % de la varianza de respuestas al test. Objective: the aim of this instrumental study was to adapt the Spanish version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) in a sample (n = 544) of Argentinian psychologists and psychiatrists aged 23 to 71. Method: a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted to evaluate the internal structure of the instrument using the robust maximum likelihood estimation. Additionally, the internal consistency was calculated using the composite reliability (CR) coefficient. Results: the original structure provided an acceptable ût to the data (CFI = .87, TLI = .86, RMSEA = .06, SRMR = .07). However, the three-factor model had a closer fit to the data after excluding item 12 from the analysis (CFI = .91, TLI = .90, RMSEA = .05, SRMR = .06). The evaluation of the academic performance of university students is a fundamental element to measure the quality of education in a higher education. The most direct way to obtain this qualification is through exams or probing tests, however if we consider that teachers are the ones who determine the form of evaluation, these instruments may present shortcomings in their elaboration. Background: Antisocial behavior refers to a set of acts that violate the rules established for the coexistence of society. One of the self-report measures to assess this type of behavior is the normative deviance scale (NDS).
