Esta investigación ha tenido como objetivo determinar la relación entre el compromiso laboral y la calidad de servicio de los colaboradores del Centro de salud mental comunitario Sembrando Esperanza de Huamachuco en el año 2021. El estudio es de tipo básico teórico, no experimental de nivel descriptivo correlacional, se ha trabajado una muestra de 23 colaboradores mediante la selección no probabilístico. Se empleó el instrumento de cuestionario de encuesta de compromiso laboral y calidad de servicio el mismo que se aplicó a la muestra seleccionada y se realizó de manera virtual. Por lo que de los datos obtenido se tuvo como resultado que el 52% de colaboradores se encuentra en un compromiso laboral nivel bueno y el 78% manifestaron el centro comunitario el servicio de calidad se encuentra en nivel excelente.
