This psychometric study is based on the validation of the organizational commitment scale of Meyer and Allen (1997) applied on a representative sample of 642 workers in Conctact Center. The sample consisted of 66% women and 34% men; average age of both sexes was 27 years old. Also in this research used the scale of organizational commitment by Meyer and Allen (1997) was used, adapted and validated Spanish version by Arciniega and González (2006). According to the construct validity, the results showed that the 2-factor model yields a better fit: affective dimensions normative commitment and continuance commitment.
